Peggy is a Senior Associate of SEG, with expertise in public sector procurement policy, agency governance, program review, and business planning and performance measurement.
Peggy supports clients in the following areas:

Background and Qualifications
Peggy has a B.A. in Economics, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and has also completed the Rotman /I.C.D. Directors Education Program.
Peggy spent 30 years with the Ontario Public Service, the last 10 as Assistant Deputy Minister.
As ADM of the Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Secretariat she was responsible for developing and disseminating the Ontario government’s BPS Procurement Directive to support the BPS Accountability Act, as well as supporting a more cost-effective collaborative supply chain throughout the broader public sector.
As ADM of the Program Management and Estimates Division, she led the Ontario government’s annual business planning process, and was also responsible for performance measurement, program evaluation and program review.
She has experience of agency governance from both sides of the table, having been CEO of a city agency, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Mainstay Housing.
Since leaving the OPS in 2013, Peggy has worked on consulting assignments in the health sector.
