Richard is SEG’s founding President and a recognized expert in governance, accountability, planning and organizational start-ups/mergers. He has deep experience supporting public agencies and their accountability relationships with government.

As SEG’s President, Richard takes overall responsibility for delivery of quality services to our clients.

Background and Qualifications

Richard fosters governance improvement and clear accountability relationships. He supports strategic and business planning to achieve organizational mandates. And he enables clients to bring new agencies and similar entities to operational effectiveness quickly and efficiently, or to merge existing organizations.

He has provided management consulting support to clients since 2000. Project examples include:

Before 2000, Richard held senior management positions in the Ontario government including leadership of major transformational initiatives.
