Norman is a Senior Associate of SEG, and has over 30 years’ executive experience directing the financial strategies, planning, information technology and infrastructure of large public and private corporations. He has broad experience in dealing with Boards of Directors, notably in the health care sector.

Background and Qualifications

Norman provides services in business and financial planning and analysis, procurement, agency start-up, and governance. He complements his financial expertise in the areas of information technology, human resources and operations.

Norman served as the inaugural chief financial officer of Public Health Ontario and previously served as Vice – President – Finance and CFO in large community general hospitals. He has been providing consulting services since 2007.

Norman is a CPA, CA and is a board member of the Institute for Work & Health
