Jamie is a Senior Associate of SEG specializing in procurement and fairness advice and monitoring.

- Fairness advisory oversight provides objective, third party assurance to vendors, owners and other stakeholders, including the general public, that the procurement process has demonstrated openness, fairness, consistency and transparency throughout design and implementation; and
- Procurement strategy development by exploring all viable procurement options while demonstrating value for money, industry leading practices, innovation and cost saving measures.
Background and Qualifications
Jamie developed fairness solutions that met the unique requirements for each project. Jamie has experience in providing fairness advisory services for over 20 Public-Private-Partnership (P3) projects using an outcome-focused approach while ensuring that the process remained fair, open, and transparent. Jamie supports her clients in identifying and addressing issues related to procurement strategy, conflicts of interest, compliance and process.
